Common Areas & Grounds · Woodruff Manor Bed & Breakfast
Built in the 1840s, Woodruff Manor is an Italianate brick farmhouse set on 5 peaceful acres at the crossroads of the Seneca and Cayuga Lake Wine Trails. The architecture — soaring 10-foot ceilings, original hardwood floors, and period details throughout — speaks to the craftsmanship of its era. The furnishings are a thoughtful mix of antiques, wool rugs, and modern comfort that feels right at home in the space.
All common areas are available to guests throughout their stay. Whether you're reading in the parlor, having breakfast in the dining room, or settling into a chair on the wrap-around porch with a glass of wine, the manor is yours to enjoy.
The private rear portion of the house is Bianca and Javier's personal residence and is not accessible to guests. All private areas are clearly identified during your check-in tour.
