About Us

A warm welcome and a comfortable stay

A Quiet Corner of the Finger Lakes

Woodruff Manor is a lovingly kept 1840s Italianate brick farmhouse at the crossroads of the Seneca and Cayuga Lake Wine Trails.

Located just minutes from Geneva and historic Seneca Falls, Woodruff Manor is your ideal base for discovering the Finger Lakes region. Explore award-winning wineries along two premier wine trails, hike to stunning waterfalls and pristine glacial lakes, or delve into American history at the birthplace of the women's rights movement. Relax on the wrap-around porch with your morning coffee before heading out to explore.

Meet Bianca & Javier

We've been part of Woodruff Manor since 2011. We opened as a bed and breakfast in 2013, hosted guests for six wonderful years, and are now delighted to be welcoming guests again. We live on the property and are here throughout your stay — whether you need a local recommendation, have a question, or there's an unexpected situation, we're just a knock, text, or call away.

  • Cancel 14+ days before check-in: Full refund minus $25 processing fee
  • Cancel 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Cancel less than 7 days before check-in: No refund
